For Your Information, Our Terms & Conditions
- Absolutely no replacement on plants dug between April and August.
- We are not responsible for non-leaf out product.
- Cash with order, unless other arrangements have been made. Customers with established credit accounts are net thirty days from the date of shipment. First time purchasers, we require payment in advance. All past due accounts will be charged 18% interest, plus cost of collection agency.
- Our stock is handled with the best of care, however, if damage occurs during transit, we will not be responsible. All stock travels at the risk of the buyer.
- We do not guarantee the livability or merchantability of our plants.
